Adam Manoli brings more than 20 years of healthcare commercial leadership experience across radiation oncology, medical technology, and digital health. Throughout his career, he has built and led high-performing commercial organizations, driven revenue growth, and successfully launched innovative healthcare technologies into global markets.
Prior to co-founding RadScale Partners, Adam served as Chief Commercial Officer at SeeTreat Medical and U.S. General Manager at TheraPanacea. During his nearly 12 years at Elekta, he led strategic growth initiatives across academic medical centers and integrated health systems throughout North America and Europe. His expertise helps healthcare innovators develop scalable commercial strategies and achieve sustainable growth.
Stephanie Torres
Managing Partner
Stephanie Torres combines more than 30 years of experience in radiation oncology, healthcare technology, and commercial leadership. Her unique background spans both clinical practice and commercial strategy, enabling her to effectively bridge the needs of healthcare providers with the adoption of innovative medical technologies.
Before co-founding RadScale Partners, Stephanie held commercial leadership roles at SeeTreat Medical, TheraPanacea, and Elekta, where she played a key role in expanding market adoption and supporting the growth of advanced healthcare solutions. Earlier in her career, she served as Chief Medical Dosimetrist at Loyola Medicine, providing firsthand clinical expertise that continues to inform her approach to helping healthcare organizations drive meaningful growth and customer engagement.
